Farm to School Programs
Inspiring students to eat healthy through school gardens and classroom activities!
Since 2017 the ReGen Roots Farm to School Programs has been inspiring students at the high-schools in Nashua and Hudson, NH to eat healthy and get more involved with the community! Each year, hundreds of students are able to take part in hands-on educational opportunities at school gardens that teach them about the importance of local food access, food security, healthy eating and community invovlement!
Sustainable Agriculture Summer Internship
Each summer, ReGen Roots holds a sustainable agriculture summer internship available to Nashua and Hudson high-school students. Students are able to learn about growing vegetables, the importance of local food systems, sustainably raising animals, hydroponics/aquaponics and more while working at local farms and school gardens!
